My complaint:
For years Netflix has been removing top rated movies and tv shows from its platform without talking to its viewers and asking what they think. I am tired of searching for stuff like The Boondocks Saints and Family Guy and not finding them on Netflix and to which used to be my main reason to watch Netflix.
Further more, The random price hikes you have imposed on all of us is uncalled for. You make more than enough money as it is and there for need to change the membership costs back to the way they were. Upping the prices on the membership without talking to your customers is a huge punch in the face that we did not deserve.
Suggested solution:
I feel that it is in everyone's best interest if Netflix starts to listen to the complaints and to its customers and start adding the shows and movies they have removed without even thinking of its customers back on to its platform.
