My complaint:

I want to buy 199 ruppes membership but accidentally I parchase 799 rupees member ship I use only phone I do not have laptop or pad so how can I use so I call netflix customer care they says yiu will get your refund within 30 working days but i’m waiting from 3 monthes but did not get my refund whenever I call in netflix customer care they says we already refunded your amount but they did not provide nay proof when I call my bank they says provide transaction number but netflix did not provide me any number so help me i’m in so much trouble guys
