My complaint:
Hello. I see a fee connected to my bank account for $12.99 several times and I don’t have a Netflix account and never signed up for one.
Suggested solution:
I would like my money back but also to try and understand how this happened. I have gone through an insane time Th e last year with identity theft and still am finding out things here and there.
