My complaint:

I have been paying twice for Netflix as I couldn’t manage to login to my old account.

I tried to contact CS a few times but they keep giving me conflicting information. They have advised me that there was very suspicious activity fraud, but they will not give me any more information than that. I want to try to reclaim for all of the money that was taken.
