My complaint:
Hello,
I want to make a complaint about Netflix Belgium. I do like to watch anime and Netflix has quiet some anime available here. Only one big big problem, the subtitles are only available in French. While in Belgium you have a big part where they speak Dutch… I can understand that Netflix dont have the Dutch subtitles but they have the English available for sure ( England, Usa,…) but yet I can’t watch them because no English subtitles available in Belgium. Why?? I have no freaking clue, i pay for their service and product. But can’t use it. When i contact customer service, their only answer is. English is not available in Belgium, do you have any other questions? I can’t be the only one that have this problem.
Suggested solution:
Add English subtitle to every programshowmovie. Netflix is from America, they have every English subtitles..
