My complaint:
I just restarted my netflix account and Netflix refuses to provide me with a military veterans discount, they said it is a fixed price and I said every price is negotiable and I risked my life for over 23 yrs in the military and this is how we get treated after we risked our life for this country!
Suggested solution:
Provide me with say… a… discount of 25% is appropriate
