Complaint: Netflix website does not allow me to pay my monthly plan

My complaint:

I am trying to update my payment method but it does not accept any of the payment cards I am trying to use. I have also tryed paypal, wich used to work, but it is not working aswell. The website won’t accept any payment method I try, although they are the same that I used to pay for the last months.
I don’t know what happened, it just stopped working, and I want to wacth neflix, but I can’t because I can not pay it. I have always payed online with mb net cards, it always worked and also my paypal works too, it is really a netflix problem.
Worst than that, I spoke to a netflix assistant via live chat, called Marc Marth, and I was told that for having tried multiple times, I had reached the authorization limit for the day and I would have to retry another card after 12 hours, wich is a long time that me and all the people that use my netflix account will have to wait to be able to watch it again, knowing that it is not my fault, but because of some error in the website.

Suggested solution:

Netflix should let me skip that authorization time period for trying another payment method also help me find a way to pay my monthly plan for this month as soon as possible because my payment methods are working just fine.
