My complaint:

I am experiencing problems with my acoount lately like the shows I am watching kept repeating instead of going to the next episode. I have complained about this already but nothing has ever been done and this keeps on happening. Today I encountered the same issues and out of frustration contact another representative. I am already very upset and told her that it is better to cancel the account if this happens. I did not say that I am canceling but the representative Maebyll automatically thinks that the best way to help me also is to cancel my account. She automatically processed it that I received an email that I canceled my Netflix subscription. That’s the solution that she have and she said even if I talk to the supervisor they will just give me the same solution.

Suggested solution:

They should try to find out why am I having this issues since I am the only one encountering this at home. They should give me the answer if this can be resolved or not and not just cancel my membership.
