Complaint: Netflix has overcharged me

My complaint:

I just went with Comcast (Xfinity) and as part of their package they offer Netflix for free to me. Today I noticed that Netflix had billed on my American express, when I called they said they bill me on the 26th of the month and so when I registered on the 29th it was too late. I think that Netflix should respect their customers and refund this $12.99 to me or at the very least pro-rate the 3 days. It is not ethical to charge me the whole month when you already have an arrangement with Xfinity and I was only 3 days into it. You help is very much appreciated. Mary Allred

Suggested solution:

Refund me the $12.99 or at the very least only charge me for the 3 days in the month of August or .41 cents a day for 3 days.
