My complaint:
Had a problem getting online with Netflix for over 2 months. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t. Called and went over troubleshooting but then the Netflix guy said it was my Amazon fire stick. He and another rep said we would not get a refund for the time we could not use Netflix. I contacted Amazon did troubleshooting with them and it is not the fire stick. All my other subscriptions work blemish free. Then I contacted Netflix again and they told me to discontinue my subscription and re-subscripe so I did. This was a gimmick to pay the new higher Netflix price so I formally complained.
Suggested solution:
Refund and grandfather us back into the plan we previously had along with fixing their new app so it works. Did submit proof in the past.
