Complaint: Netflix continuous sending with billing even unsubscribe on my account at TV.

My complaint:

Brief description: Before the Pandemic, we registered for the premium @ rate 549 monthly. Then, It was requested to changed to standard rate of php. 459 monthly due to minimal usage of netflix. Then, after lockdown last March 2020. It was applied to reduce into basic rate php. 369month. But it appears on my BPI account CC that two account subscribed. So twice billing was appeared on my account. So, I decided last May 2020 to unsubscribe. Starting last June 2020 I can not use or open the netflix on my TV. Note: Until to present Sept. 21, 2020 still appears the billing php. 459. Paying starting June 2020 to Present even without subscribe the movies because locked already.

May I request to permanently to unsubscribe my account. In addition, Livechat does not answer my inquiry.
