My complaint:
I am writing to make a complaint about the Netflix subscription that I had signed up for a year. I have paid Rs 3999, for a year subscription on the 5th of June 2020 at 7:48 PM. This amount was deducted from my account, however, today morning; I have received an email, calming that the payment for the subscription didn’t go through. I again made another payment of Rs.3999 today morning (6th of June) and I have still not received my login credentials. Therefore, I spent a total amount of Rs. 8000 together without getting the services for the same. Could you please refund the debited amount of Rs.3999 and also provide the login credentials at once?
