My complaint:
I had cancelled my Netflix account membership long back my last date was on 16.07.2020. But money has been taken(debited) from my account on 25.07.2020 without my knowledge from Netflix of Rs.1,190.60. I don’t know how this could take place even after I cancelled my membership.
Suggested solution:
I need the measures to be taken as soon as possible to stop this act from taking place and I need the money taken from my account credited back to my account as soon as possible.
