My complaint:

Dear Madam Sir,
This is to inform that I cancelled my account membership with Netflix but they deducted my money. Its been more than a month but my money has not been refunded back.

First of all, I wasn’t informed about the expiry of my 1 month subscription and secondly money was deducted from my account without my permission for the renewal. Now its been such a long time that iam following them to refund it but all they are doing is false promises.
Its not about the petty amount but the accountability.
Kindly look into the matter so that things gets on to the right way.
