My complaint:
On 19th October 2019, a netflix subscription was availed using my card details without my knowledge. I discovered this transaction just last month which is 18th April 2020. Later I checked my bank statements to find that the money as debited from my account for last 7 months. I wish to discontinue with this subscription.
Suggested solution:
They should unsubscribe this unknown subscription and kindly stop the payment.
