My complaint:

I want to complaint about misbehavior done by your customer service agent name DAN JOEL. He is one of the most unprofessional and ill-mannered agent I had ever seen. He does not deserve this customer service job. He was so annoying, rude and was of no help. Take strict action him and read my complete chat history. I am a new user in netflix and paid via debit card. I received a message that my amount has been deducted from the bank account to netflix, but my subscription did not started. When I asked this agent that my amount has been deducted, so please return back my money, so he mentioned that I have to complaint to my bank, I mean what the hell? On top of that no one month free subscription was given to me, netflix took my money also, no refund has been done and this ill mannered agent harassed me for past one hour. This agent was so irritating, neither he provided email id, neither his employee id neither called his supervisor. I mean this is your customer service?
