My complaint:

I opened my Netflix account on 26 December 2020 with £50 giftcards on the basic plan at £5.99 a month. The subscription was to last until September 2021. When the account opened it said we were upgraded to premium for a one month trial but would revert to the basic plan at the end of the trial. The plan did not revert to the basic plan at the end of the trial and we have been charged £13.99 a month so that the £50 has now been used up. I have called Netflix and they have said I changed the plan to premium. I did not change the plan to premium. I have never received any email correspondence from Netflix to say my plan was changed to premium.

As I purchased a basic plan, I want Netflix to honour the plan until September when my subscription should have expired. Up until today I have been unable to access my account information on the Netflix app and it wasn't until someone over the phone did something that I could access this. I feel Netflix have robbed me of 4 months subscription and I am so disgusted with Netflix who are saying there is no complaint route and there's no one I can complain to.
