Netflix complaint: Membership cancelled but still charge monthly fee

My complaint:

I was stuck outside the country due to COVID-19. I cancelled my membership to Netflix in March 2020 because my friend’s smart TV had it and I was unemployed. I was stilled charged the monthly membership because I was told told that each source (phone, tv, iPad) needed to be disconnected. I cancelled my membership and did not use it on any of my appliances. Well, while I was in another country someone stole my Smart Tv for my storage and kept using my account. Basically, I never used my Netflix once cancelled but continued paying for the thief who stole my TV. THANKS NETLIX FOR YOUR EMPATHY. I’m now going elsewhere for entertainment, Apple, Hulu and love Prime.

Suggested solution:

Not charge me for my monthly fee once I cancelled it.
Also, once it is cancelled there should be immediate instructions to cancel it on every device. Also, if one of the devices is stolen then I should not be responsible for the thief using my account. I have never given my password to another person.
