My complaint:

Twice our account has been lost . First time credit card was on account . Then a gift card so credit wouldn’t be compromised. 2 months in I changed email address cause app wouldn’t let me log in , received email verification and the chat representative from Netflix states he can’t find account with my email address or the original email address. Now I lost $100 gift card . The rep wanted the gift card number …. Who saves that after entering it in
