My complaint:
The Tyson Paul live event on Netflix was broken right throughout the event. Then when complaining to their customer service, I had to wait over 3 hours to be told that they’ll look into it, but it was never resolved. By that stage the fight was long over and when I asked for a refund, they said it could take up to 10 business days to be processed. I feel cheated by Netflix because they promised a service and they took my money straight away but then it’ll take 2 full weeks to get my money back, what an absolute disgrace of a service. I forgot one will NEVER use Netflix again for as long as I live.
Suggested solution:
By providing a service that works. And if they can't manage that, which they can't, then they should refund customers instantly the same way the charge customers instantly.
