I have had an error code for nearly two weeks and no Netflix viewing ability.
despite repeated contsct with netflix (9 time) nothing has been fixed. each time I contact them (Live chat is the only way) I have to provide every bit of information again. I get no feedback and they say they know the error but have no resolution. Then they tell me I cant escalate the issue except by WRITING (get real in a digital world and with a media company) to an address in America. How long will this take in a Covid environment. In essence. no streaming, no customer service, no feedback and apparently no responsibility by NETFLIX. Unfortunately I want the content but this level of apathy is rapidly convincing me that it is all bullshit
If they cant fix it tell me why and what I can do AND PROVIDE SOME MEANINGFUL FEEDBACK AND DONT MAKE ME GO THROUGH EVERY ASPECT OF THE ISSUE EVERY TIME I HAVE CONTACT.
