My complaint:

Dear Netflix,
I feel very disappointed that you have removed ALL of the HARRY POTTER films from Netflix. Pls think about reinstating them because I am sure you would make more profit than you would pay to have them on there. Please consider, I have just finished reading the 7th book and wanted to watch the movie only to find that all of them were gone. My disappointment was beyond words. Please put them back on Netflix. Suggested solution:

Talk to Warner Bros and ask them if it would be OK for you to reinstate them back on Netflix. As I have already mentioned I believe that if you put them back on there I'm sure you would make more profit than you would pay Warner Bros for having them on there.
