My complaint:
Hi Netflix. This is Stef from fkolodziej@yahoo.com’s account.
It has been brought to my attention that you, Netflix, will soon be removing my personal favorite series, “That 70’s Show”, from your streaming service. This concerns me because it shows the lack of communication you have with your customers. First, you caused chaos on social media by removing the hit series “Friends” and now, this?! I don’t know if you listen to any complaints that people have about your company, but if you did, you would find that these two series have caused an outrage and have made people very disappointed in your decisions. It makes absolutely no sense to remove series that demonstrate such high levels of success from your streaming service, seeing as they are the light-hearted, fun ones that no one could ever get tired of. If this company keeps on like this, I am completely saddened to say that Netflix will only be seen as the streaming service that has nothing; it might even be nicknamed the new HBO (if you know what I’m talkin about).
I hope this has resonated with whomever is reading it and I hope that you guys decide to do something about it.
