My complaint:

Hi, I had a Netflix account and I had sky q installed who advised me to get Netflix through them. Which I did and that my original Netflix account would transfer over to my sky account.
For over 2 years Netflix have taken £8.99 per month and I have been paying through sky as well!!
Netflix have now cancelled the account but will not refund me for what I’ve paid for a duplicate account!!

Suggested solution:

Refunding me for an account I’ve been paying for thinking it was my sky one.
They can see it hasn’t been used as I genuinely didn’t know that was what was happening.
