Netflix complaint: Disappointed in the lack of covid support

My complaint:

To whom this may concern

I am a young student who lost her job due to the covid 19 lockdown as millions around the world arewere affected by this, I was hoping to resolve a payment plan to pay the oustadnting amount next month as I was only about 50-60 Rand short for my payment. Arrangement plans were made available by many service providers I use during the pandemic, who agreed to continue the service.

It is disappointing that such a large GLOBAL organization does not have that available for customers who payed faithfully for more than a year and who uses only Netflix as a source of entertainment or streaming.

Suggested solution:

I was told by a Netflix employee during a live chat on Netflix help centre that it is impossible to make an arrangement plan even if you R1 short.

I can assume many of your customers would be elated to have an option to make a payment plan due to unforseen, uncontrollable and extraordinary circumstances a pandemic creates for the working class of society.
