My complaint:
I am appalled with Netflix for promoting what is nothing less than soft-core child pornograph. Why would you consider it a good idea to promote the sexualization of children? I have posted this complaint on Complain.biz.
Suggested solution:
Get rid of this show (Cuties), stop promoting child sexualization and pornography.
