My complaint:

I don’t know why the price for Netflix has gone up yet the content is pretty much the same. We don’t see new movies or shows for months it seems like

Suggested solution:

If you're going to raise the prices then there better be a good reason such as a lot more movies and shows, maybe more current, switch them out more often,..... something
