My complaint:
Netflix deducted $15.99 from my checking account on 42520 and I’ve NEVER been a subscriber to their service! I called their customer service line and got a recording stating that English customer service isn’t available?????? I’ve called 5 times and get the same response every time. What the hell is wrong with this company?

Management from Netflix needs to contact me immediately. These funds need to be redeposited to my account immediately.
