My complaint:
closed captioning caused flickering screen. i cancelled after 3 days. i want ed to watch netflix again so i re-started my account. same problem. i cannot watch comfortably without CC, but turned it off in to make the flickering stop. after a while i couldn’t stand it anymore and turned on CC again. same problem. i complained about it. they had no solution. now, the screen flickers at all times with CC disabled and it is impossible to watch.
that’s 2 complaints. i finally got fed up tonight because it isnt’ watchable at all and hasn’t been really watchable for weeks now. asked for a refund. was met with a seriously disrespectful agent who kept giving me ‘gotcha’ questions and spoke to me in a very accusatory tone. said it was my fault for not using another device (which i do not own) and refused to pass me on to another agent despite repeated requests (he finally did so after asking five times)
Suggested solution:
give me a refund for one month's subscription. weeks of unwatchability, and then this last experience with customer service was the last straw.
