I was supposed to be informed on 12th April that rs.649 will be charged on 13th April. Without any information money was deducted and on top of this I am not able login to Netflix. I had a chat with your executive named krupa who does not even know how to reply to a customer. This executive does not even care for customers. Rude behaviour from this executive and no ability to resolve the issue.
I need my refund of rs.649.
