Netflix complaint: Charged from two of my bank account and would not refund all of the charges.

My complaint:

One of my bank account has been unknowingly charged by netflix since September 2019. After contacting Netflix, they admit the error and offer me 6 months refund but I have been charged for 13 months and Netflix is unwilling to refund the rest of charges, nor are they willing to resolve this issue further.

Suggested solution:

I would prefer to have the rest of charges refunded or offered credit for future use.
