My complaint:

I’m charge with billing while I just enrolled just this April 9. My billing period is supposed to be May 8.

Isn’t it the first month should be free and we will only be charge after a month if we will not cancel our membership.

Tell my credit card holder (BPI) to disregard the amount appeared in my credit card.
