My complaint:
I have spent one hour trying to use my gift certificate and still continue get to a message can not process at this time, try later.
I used the chat, for 45 minutes and this was of no help.
The gift certificate was a gift from my son, can you give him his money back? This is just not right – Netflix can not be ripping people off at this time.
Suggested solution:
Either get the system to work, or give back gift certificate money
