My complaint:
I received an email from Netflix last night stating there was a login to my account from Central District in Colombia. Next email stated I had cancelled my account. At 4:30 AM today, I received an email stating my account had been renewed. When I checked my account to see what was happening, the price had increased to $17.99 as opposed to the $13.99 I was paying monthly. I couldn’t even cancel because it requires the one month billing cycle starting today at $17.99 before cancelling!!!!!
Help center refused to help me and were extremely rude.
Suggested solution:
Readjust my account to what it was; $13.99. I NEVER authorized cancellation, much less renewal. How could you renew my account without my information?
