My complaint:

Hi, i don’t understand how you guy will have to bail me for my netflix two to three times consecutively, i want u guys to look into it for me, because it’s already looking like a scam to me because i put my detail online does not mean u guys should charge me unnecessarily. If nothing is done after this complain i’m gonna make it public.

Suggested solution:

I want to know why my money is been deducted up to 3 times consecutively
