Netflix complaint: Automatic recharge through credit card

My complaint:

Last month I paid 649.00- through credit card for netflix. But this month I Did not recharge myself. It is automatic recharged and debited 649-through credit card.
This type action like cheating. I dont like this.

Suggested solution:

Plz refund my amount imediately
