My complaint:
Last month I had subscribed the mobile version which cost me Rs.199. This month my bank account was debited with Rs.649. Then as i checked my email, i realised that someone has accessed my netflix account and changed the password and also subscribed the Rs.649 version. I have been trying to login since 2 days and also trying to contact netfix but I’ve failed. I want my amount of Rs.649 refunded immediately and also want to cancel my subscription.
Suggested solution:
Refund my amount and cancel my subscription.
