My complaint:
Last week my account got hacked and there was two Unauthorized Profile created in my account based out in Egypt.
I have tried explaining to the Chat Bots but they just suggest you an option of changing password and nothing more can be done. My Credit Card details are mentioned on the account, so I am entitled to know wether along with my account password whther my Financial Details have been leaked or not.
I have tried explaining it twice to the CHAT BOTS, but there is no solution to it
Suggested solution:
They should dig it deeply how the password or account was hacked and what all details have been leaked.
Also they should tell public if more user were affected.
