My complaint:

We had a Netflix account that we cancelled July 2018. I still got billed to my MasterCard account and cancelled again, I thought!
I started getting Fraud s 5222020. I checked by bill. Still getting billed but we did not have Netflix! Again cancelled on line.
62020 another fraud . Called MasterCard. They got Netflix agent on the line and after 2nd call and 2 hours, I was told it was an account takeover. The person’s name was Mario Alberto. I still get emails asking him to rejoin Netflix. His phone number area code is 850.
I was told this person’s account was not in English and he’s been using it a lot since 2018, therefore I couldn’t get my monthly fee for 2 years returned to me.
This is very upsetting !!!!!!!

Suggested solution:

Pay me back for 2 years of Netflix please.
