My complaint:

It’s been over 10days I withdraw money to my bank account. It hasn’t arrived iv been waiting and waiting I have been messaging constantly and after 4-5 message I get one reply after a day or two to provide statement of my acc. I had immediately done that it’s been 2days I’m messaging about update no one replies. Im very frustrated as I had mentioned how urgent I need that money.

Suggested solution:

PAY MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT OR REVERSE THE FUNDS BACK SO I CAN SORT IT OTHER WAY.
REVERSE INCLUDING THE FEES AND CONVERSION I WAS CHARGED BEFORE I INITIATED THE WITHDRAWAL
