My complaint:
Dear Concern,
Hope all are going well after post pandemic.
I have been here with extremely frustrating mind as Neteller (Paysafe Financial Service Limited) has blocked my funds and close my account. They have caught up my balance and disagree to return me back.
I have been using both Neteller and Skrill since many days and all the transactions were going smoothly. You know Skrill and Neteller card is not supported our country even our currency BDT is not supported here. We all Bangladeshi people use both Skrill amd Neteller for transaction in international sites like trading, gambling etc. We cash our balance through Bank and sometimes we send money to another Skrill Neteller member.
Therefore Skrill Neteller and their business was not going well in Bangladesh as they have restricted many accounts by excusing violations. I am the victim from one of them.
As i state earlier i was using both the Neteller and Skrill I made some transactions from my Skrill to Neteller and then they have close my accounts with approx 400$.
I have asked them to resolve this issue along with the reason of closing my accounts. They denied my request and didn’t disclose the exact reason of closing and holding the funds. They just talked about the policy.
Later, I have read their policy again and didn’t find any policy to hold the balance. I just got that they may close my account by returning all the remaining funds whenever they wish.
On that case, I want to file a complain you against Neteller (Paysafe financial service) as they hold my valuable funds and disagree to return me back.

They do close my account bur i need money back in any possible ways. like bank or any other Neteller.
