My complaint:
I resent one over-zealous security guard constantly watching me while I shop. As I am not Russian or European, he thinks I’m going to pocket the groceries. I know he has a job to do, but he makes me feel uncomfortable. He is even outside the store when I exit. I am a regular customer and enjoy the freshness of the fruits and vegetables.
If he doesn’t stop, I will need to take my shopping elsewhere.
Suggested solution:
Treat me as other shoppers, whether Russian or European.
