My complaint:
On August 11, 2020 I purchased this projector online and it was taken from my bank account as a debit transaction. On August 14, 2020, I received an email stating that there was a delay and that my shipment was on its way. I never received a tracking number. On September 21, 2020 I sent an email to the customer service email and never heard back. On October 27, 2020, I sent another follow-up email asking where my order was. I still have yet to hear back from any one. I tried to view my order through my email link and the website is no longer available. I just want my money back.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund from this company. I dont want the product, I just want my money back.
