NeatProjector complaint: Poor customer service and dishonest communication regarding shipment of product

My complaint:

On, 11.14.19, I saw an item (a portable mini wall projector) advertised on Instagram and I immediately purchased the item. The company NeatProjector sent an email to me ing the sale which reflected as a debit from my bank account. On 11.21.19, I received another email stating the tracking number and that the item was shipped and on its way. However, that was not the case. The tracking number was not found and tracked as invalid. I emailed the company several times and they said it was shipped. Again, that was a lie, so after over 10 days of the same result and following the refund policy, I demanded a refund since they couldn’t produce a valid tracking number. They refused to address my concern except for repeating that it was shipped. Today 12.09.19, I attempted to track the item and it now shows up but shipped on 12.04.19- over 15 days I had ordered it.

Suggested solution:

I want a full refund. This company lied and failed at honest business practices because of greed and due to their own problems internally which is showed by their failure to ship on the date as stated in their email to me.
