My complaint:
I ordered a super king sized bed on 3rd September 2021, for delivery by the end of the year. I had to contact NCF in December to get a delivery date, which was provided as Tuesday 21st December.
The bed was delivered on the promised date. I had the old bed removed in the morning and the new bed arrived after lunch – but the fitters said, after an hour or so of constructing, that two halves of two different designs had been provided. They left the bed partially assembled and left, promising that someone would get back to me. It is now several days later and despite daily attempts to ring (no answer), chat (not functioning) and daily emails I have heard nothing at all.
I am entering the Christmas period with no usable bed – see the photo for what is there (the ottoman cannot be raised or lowered).
Suggested solution:
Communicate with me so I can plan sleeping arrangements over the Christmas and New Year period.
