My complaint:

I have been with this company for thr internet for the past 2 years with no problems. Then recently they requested that I go to their nbn network but failed to tell me I needed permission from housing first. So I than told dodo that I wanted the request cancelled, in which they continued to reschedule the appointment. More than once I cancelled and more than once dodo rescheduled. Eventually they gained access and changed me over well needless to say guess it does not work I cant get the internet. I am a old age pensioner and not computor savvey.and was assured this would work. Rang dodo for support been told a nbn technicians will come in the morning. I have waited all day with no word.As I said I am of old age
