My complaint:
2 things We purchased Peacock Premiums plus and now see regular ads, not just promotional. This is disgusting when it’s advertised as ad free.
EPL games are not available on demand till 9 pm on the day they are played.
Suggested solution:
Premium plus should not have ads
Don’t tell me it’s streaming rights.
No ads on Netflix
Games need to be available as soon as the game finishes.
You are just cheating your customers
