My complaint:
My initial login was fine on my iPad but I could not logIn on my iPhone. I tried to reset my password 5 times and every time it said username issue. There is NO WAY TO GET HELP. The only guidance says reset or “login for individual care” which if I could login it would be great! This is ridiculous that Peacock TV has NO WAY to get customer service. You are losing a potential long term premium subscriber and anyone I can tell about it
