My complaint:
Your decision to hold a Trump Campaign event, same day and time as the Biden Town Hall, was a very poor decision and unfair advantage for the Trump campaign. It was the Trump campaign that chose NOT to participate in the virtual Town Hall. This decision denies the public from the opportunity to watch both candidates. Being a loyal NBC viewer I’m outraged how your decision may unfairly affect the election. As a result, I will find another network to follow the News.
Suggested solution:
Ideally, change the date or time. At minimum, hold Trump accountable and fact check the lies.
