My complaint:
In 2023, some of my favorite shows (Chicago PD, all the Law and Order shows) started having the actors taking God’s name in vain (using the GD term) during the show. As a Christian, I am extremely upset about this as this is breaking one of the commandments our Holy God gave to his people — to not use his name in vain.
What is your purpose or motive in promoting the misuse of God’s name? Those who love the Lord, as I do, take great offense at this. I implore you to tell your writers that God’s name is not to be used in this manner on these shows, and on any others that are aired by your network. I don’t want to have to stop tuning in to these shows — but I certainly will if this matter is not corrected.
